Director
Balazs leads Nemeth Advisory’s work across real estate financial modelling, development feasibility, capital structuring and investment analysis.
He has over 10 years’ experience in real estate finance and investment, including roles at Signature Capital, backed by PGIM, and senior finance and investment positions within Quintain, originally backed by Lone Star and later acquired by TPG and rebranded as Evara.
His experience spans large-scale residential development, social and affordable housing portfolios, mixed-use schemes, commercial assets and office transactions. Balazs has worked on financial models and investment analysis supporting over €1bn of real estate projects, including schemes that have progressed into delivery or are now on site.
As a CFA Charterholder, he brings a practical, developer-side understanding of how assumptions, funding structures and delivery risks translate into investment outcomes.

Micaela leads the operational structure behind Nemeth Advisory, ensuring the business is organised, consistent and efficiently managed.
She has over 4 years’ experience across operations, administration, research, logistics coordination and business support, with previous roles spanning academic administration, export operations, market research and office administration.
At Nemeth Advisory, Micaela oversees company administration, compliance coordination, accounting administration and internal processes. She is also responsible for marketing coordination, brand management and visual identity, helping maintain a professional and consistent presence across the firm’s website, communications and business materials.
Financial modelling is only valuable if it reflects how projects are delivered in practice.
